At an early age
Dick, a.k.a. "Richard," knew
he wanted to be a carpenter. Graduating from Finneytown High School
in '74 with good woodworking skills, he entered the job market with an
excellent work ethic and determination. After being an apprentice to
several carpenters, Dick decided to take his craftsmanship to another
level and start his own company. In 1978, Meyer Bros. was
brought to life by Dick and his brother Joe. Today Dick is
active with Meyer Bros. & Sons, making sure every job is done
right with personal attention and the highest level of craftsmanship
available.

 Joe,
a.k.a. "fat boy," followed in the footsteps of his
older brother Dick. Growing up together, Joe and Dick worked as a
team early on in their lives. In '76, Joe graduated from
Finneytown High School accomplished in woodworking. In the years
to follow, Joe and his big brother worked together for a local
contractor. In '78, he and Dick started Meyer Bros., a small-time
brotherly carpentry business. Initially, Dick and Joe worked side
by side for many years as a two-man show. Today, as the business
has grown, Joe heads up his own crew in Hamilton County. By maintaining
the same small-time brotherly feel which he founded Meyer Bros. on, Joe
continues to serve his customers with superior quality and
craftsmanship.

Jerry, a.k.a. "Sir
talk-a lot," is the third brother to join Meyer Bros. and
complete the brotherly trio. Being next in line, behind Joe, in
the family of nine, Jerry was similar in age to Dick and
Joe. However, Jerry initially took a different course in
life. After graduating from Roger Bacon High School in '79, he
entered the seminary in hopes of becoming a priest. He graduated
in '83 with a Bachelor's degree in philosophy, but not with aspirations
to continue his priestly journey. Instead, he realized he wanted
to take part in the family business and joined Dick and Joe as the third
member of Meyer Bros. He has been with Meyer Bros. ever since as a
critical partner to the success of Meyer Bros. & Sons.

 Jarl,
a.k.a. "Vern," has been a member of the Meyer Bros. family
since he was hired in
'91. While in high school, Jarl began his carpentry career by
being a co-op for a local construction company. After graduating
from Fairfield High School in '78, Jarl furthered his carpentry
education by attending Dee Russell Lee, a community college.
Looking to increase his status as a carpenter, Jarl inquired with Meyer
Bros. about a job opportunity in '91. Detecting his worth as a
carpenter, Meyer Bros. hired him shortly thereafter. Ever since,
he has been a vital asset to our company, enabling us to grow
tremendously over the years.

 Joey,
a.k.a. "stubbs," is the second son to work full time with Meyer Bros. He is Joe's
son and has grown up in the family business. While in high school,
Joey was named woodworker of the year, demonstrating his talent as a
woodworker. After graduating from
Finneytown High School with experiences in wood working in '98, Joey has
been working for Meyer Bros. & Sons full time. Our custom
cabinetry doors are handcrafted by Joey in our wood shop.
Joey's future
plans include learning the trade by his father and someday continuing
the family tradition of Meyer Bros. & Sons.
