After living in the home for a few years, the owners had a good grasp on how they wanted to use the main floor. The big idea was to and open up and increase the size of the kitchen and to create a much more functional laundry room.

“We hired Meyer Brothers and Sons to do an extensive renovation of the entire first floor of our home. We chose them, after meeting with several design-build firms, based on their architectural expertise, scheduling precision and willingness to work within our budget.
Jeremy is a talented architect that was able to listen to our needs and wants as a family, and translate them into plans that would work for our space. Joe Meyer was the construction manager for our project and was on-site often to make sure things were running smoothly and to handle any issues that arose. We always felt that it was easy to contact our project leaders with any questions or concerns.
Living through any type of renovation is stressful, but all the individuals who came into our home were respectful, punctual and professional. We have young children and really appreciated how they cleaned up all the work areas each evening and went out of their way to make sure things were as safe as possible while we were living through this project. Having a family owned business ourselves we also appreciate the dedication and work ethic it requires to create a successful company.”
