Project Narrative

This remodel entailed the reconfiguring of most of the first floor: opening up the entry way to the basement, remodeling and enlarging the bathroom and kitchen and adding bar space and cabinetry to the dining room. In the kitchen, we vaulted a previously flat ceiling which created a new feature wall for the hood.

From our first meeting until the last day of our project, Meyer brothers were on time, professional, courteous and on budget! We gutted the majority of our first floor including full kitchen remodel and bathroom. All new appliances and custom cabinets provided by their custom cabinet shop. Meyer brothers uses an online spreadsheet interface that is the greatest tool you have at your disposal. Timeline is continually adjusted on a day to day basis as well as selections can be entered and adjusted by the homeowner in real time. Additional information includes cost to date as well as projected balances and due dates. Truly invaluable tool for the homeowner! All employees and subs we came in contact with were friendly, professional, polite and more than happy to answer any question we had or bring us up to date as to the current progress of our project. We spent the majority of our 3 month timeframe out of our home and we never once worried about the condition or safety of our home. We would highly recommend them in your search and are having them back for two future remodel projects.”
