These repeat clients came to us with a desire to enlarge and open up their kitchen area. We achieved that by relocating the laundry room, adding an office space, creating an opening to the dining room and raising the ceiling where we were able to create additional height. During construction we discovered an old brick chimney that we were able to clean up and expose the original brick. When we removed the ceiling, we also discovered an original transom window above the door going towards the dining room that we restored. In the end, the client (who is a chef) loved how everything came together.
